I’ve spent 25+ years doing what most brokerages only advertise—building agents into businesses. As Managing Broker for RE/MAX Alliance Group in the Tampa Bay area, I lead Florida’s largest RE/MAX office, where “support” means real infrastructure, real coaching, and real accountability. Under our banner we post roughly $2.9B in annual volume and 4,500+ sides—numbers driven by standards, systems, and a culture that values execution over slogans.
My lane is wide and unapologetically results-focused: listings and luxury, new-home sales, investor strategy, relocation—and the training and recruiting engine that keeps those pipelines moving. I sharpen pricing strategies, simplify complex deals, and teach agents to run modern, tech-forward operations: disciplined CRM habits, AI-assisted marketing, analytics that actually inform choices. If it grows market share, I’m in; if it’s fluff, it’s out.

My market mix mirrors modern Florida—waterfront and golf communities, new-construction corridors, snowbird and corporate relocations, and steady investor activity—each with its own pace and playbook. I’m as comfortable on a training stage as in the war room, whether the task is rescuing an appraisal, engineering a high-end listing’s content strategy, or recruiting a top producer who’s outgrown their ceiling.
